 Adobe Photoshop BW to Color


   The first photo above is my original picture before editing any of the coloring. The following three pictures are the original photo transformed to black and white and then colored with a different five-color palette from Adobe Color. I primarily used the quick selection tool and filled in the color using the color dropper tool. I then made the opacity different for each color to add contrast. Compound focuses on the pink walls around me, as I felt like that color stood out the most. In split complementary, I focused on greens for the background and the color of my hair. Complementary focuses on different shades of red and green, which makes my hair pop the most. Figuring out how to work the many tools was difficult at first but became easier with practice.
